Request your dates
Send 2 or 3 preferred dates. We confirm against our tuning calendar, usually within one business day, and send your event agreement.

Lock it with a deposit
Sign online and pay a 25% deposit to lock your date. Calendar invites go out, and you get a promo kit to announce the event to your people.

Event day
We arrive self-contained: benches, pro equipment, certified techs, power, and floor protection. Gear checks in through the morning and comes off the bench tuned and hot-waxed.

Everyone leaves slope ready
100 to 200 pairs done in a 4 to 5 hour window. Balance is invoiced net 7 after the event, and next season's date gets first-right-of-refusal.
