Why property and workplace teams book us

Zero-effort amenity win

One contract, one invoice, one afternoon. We handle equipment, techs, insurance certificates, and building coordination. You send one announcement email.

Built for buildings

Class A lobbies, garages, and plazas are our home turf. Our founding tuning partner has run these events for Denver and Boulder buildings since 2017, including teams at Google Boulder, Transwestern properties, and Shift workspaces.

Throughput that scales

100 to 200 tunes in a 4 to 5 hour window with pro benches and certified techs. Everyone who drops gear in the morning has it back by end of day.

Make it apres

Add a DJ, food truck, bar service, branded beanies, and a photographer, and your tuning event becomes the winter party people talk about until March.

Simple, tiered pricing

Events start at $3,500 for up to 50 services and tier up to 200 services. Your instant quote shows the tier for your headcount; add-ons like DJ, food, and photography are priced as clean line items. 25% deposit to lock the date, balance invoiced net 7 after the event.

Typical building event

  • • 4 to 5 hour event window

Office event questions

How much does an office ski tuning event cost?

Office and building events start at $3,500 for up to 50 services, with tiered pricing up to 200 services. A 25% deposit locks your date and the balance is invoiced net 7 after the event.

Where does the event physically happen?

Most buildings use the parking garage, loading dock, lobby, or plaza. We arrive self-contained and coordinate directly with building management on access, power, and insurance certificates.

How do employees or tenants drop off gear?

People bring skis or boards on their way into work, check them in with us, and pick them up tuned and hot-waxed before they head home. No one stands in line; the event runs while they work.

Is this good for tenant engagement programs?

It is one of the highest-turnout winter amenity events a building can run. Property teams use it for tenant appreciation, lease renewals season, and activating underused lobby or garage space.
